Where you have submitted a PPI enquiry we will conduct a search of all our records to identify whether a PPI product was sold to you. If you didn’t have a PPI policy with us we will contact you to confirm this.
If a PPI product is identified we will automatically convert your enquiry and log a complaint for you where will receive an acknowledgement letter from us confirming a complaint has been logged.

If you took out PPI after 2005 we've probably already written to let you know there may be problems with the way your policy was sold which will be considered when your complaint is assessed.
