The easiest way to make a sick pay insurance claim is to call us on the number below or email us with your contact number. You can always write to us, but it’s not as quick.
You’ll just need to let us know your policy number, the type of illness or accident that stopped you from working, the date it started or happened and your contact number.
We’ll then get in touch with your doctor to confirm you’re too unwell to work in your job. We’ll help you through your claim and get it all sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Sick Pay Insurance is designed for individuals, so you can’t add people to your own individual cover.
When you set up your Sick Pay Insurance, we sent you a link to your own personal customer hub where you can log in and update most of your personal details.

The maximum age you can keep it to is age 70, or until you retire. You can cancel it at any time.
With your Sick Pay Insurance, you get free access to two Member Care Line services, our Health and Wellbeing Line and Legal Advice Line.
In-the-moment counselling, medical information and legal advice is available 24 hours a day to provide help, support and guidance over the phone.
For example, if you’re worried about an aspect of your health or would like to speak to a counsellor about the way you feel, qualified nurses and experienced counsellors are available to take your call day or night via the Health and Wellbeing Line.
