What is the Member Care Line?
Members can get free and confidential legal advice, ranging from how to challenge a parking ticket to advice on how to resolve a neighbourhood dispute. Thousands of members have found this facility extremely useful and reassuring.
The Care Line also allows members to speak to medical staff if they are worried about a health condition and they can even talk to a counsellor if they are experiencing emotional distress, and need a sympathetic ear.

The Member Care Line offers 3 very different services
Joan had lived in a cul-de-sac for over 30 years. A developer bought a barren plot of land at the end of her garden, intending to build four houses on it. Joan was worried about the impact this would have on her privacy and parking in the area. She was able to phone the Member Care Line to discuss her concerns and to find out what steps she should take to object to the plans.
