Our board

Our Board members take care of running things here at LV=. They make sure your voice gets heard, whether you're a member or a customer.

Our Board members have years of management, investment, administrative and financial services experience which make them all very well suited to managing our business.

Every Board member has an appraisal each year to see how they and the group as a whole have been doing. The Chair carries out the directors' appraisals; the Senior Independent Director carries out the Chair's appraisal.

Under our Rules, all directors have to stand for re-election at least once every three years. The Chair also stands for re-election every year.
