This support is available to existing LV= car or motorcycle customers or anyone in their household who:
- Have been furloughed
- Are self-employed and unable to work or trade due to coronavirus (COVID-19)
- Have become unemployed due to coronavirus (COVID-19)
- Are struggling financially from a reduction in working hours due to coronavirus (COVID-19)
If none of the above applies to you, there may be other ways we can help. Since the beginning of the lockdown, we’ve been helping all our customers to reduce their premiums by temporarily changing their cover, for example reducing mileage or switching to fire and theft if they don’t intend to use their car at this time.
