How you can leave feedback
- You purchase a car insurance policy directly from our website.
- Once you've received your policy documents you'll get an invitation by email from Feefo within two weeks asking you to give feedback.
- Your feedback will be published on our website usually within a day or so.

Feefo always publishes your unedited feedback unless it contains swear words. If it does, they'll contact you and ask if you'd like to re-word it. If you don't want to alter it, it won't be published as we don't want any bad language on our website that could offend other customers.
