Please note that not all emergency repairs are covered by our home insurance. If you're not sure whether you're covered, please call us, but don't delay in getting the emergency sorted first (for example, water escaping from a burst pipe) if this will prevent further damage from occurring.

If you're a victim of identity fraud in the UK, a personal case handler will be assigned to you, to work with you to resolve the situation.
