Incident details?

What happened?

What was stolen, lost or damaged?

For Buildings items just list the type of item such as ‘Wall’, ‘Flooring’ or ‘Ceiling’. For certain Contents items such as mobile phones, tablets and TVs we’d also like the make and model details – e.g. ‘Mobile phone, Apple I9'.
For buildings claims please provide us with as much detail as possible. For example, is the damage internal or external? Which rooms have been damaged? What exactly has been damaged and what is the approximate size and area of damage? For contents claims include significant features if you know them – e.g. the memory size for a phone or tablet. Let us have the year of purchase too
