The LV= Executive team is led by our Chief Executive, David Hynam, who leads our strategy and the delivery of our business and financial objectives.

At the beginning of 2026, David welcomed three new colleagues to his Executive team: Anita Fernqvist, Chief Transformation and Technology Officer, Chloe Stuttard, Chief Customer Officer and Nikesh Mistry, Chief Audit Officer.
