Life Insurance FAQ's

Is there anything Life Insurance doesn't cover me for?

We won't pay a Life Insurance claim if you intentionally take your own life in the first 12 months of the policy starting. Whilst you're covered if you die anywhere in the world, for terminal illness claims we will need the diagnosis confirmed by a doctor who is registered in one of a limited number of countries.

We also won't pay a claim and will cancel the policy if someone deliberately withholds information, provides false information, or lies to us in their application, at any point during the lifetime of the policy or when making a claim. If we cancel a policy for any of these reasons we won't refund any of the money you've paid for it (your premiums).

More information on what you're not covered for can be found in your policy conditions..
