Your renewal pack

We'll be in touch about three weeks before your renewal date

We'll send you a renewal pack which will summarise:

  • The cover and price of your policy
  • Details of the home insured
  • Details of any optional extras you've chosen

If any of these details have changed or are incorrect, it's important you call us so we can correct them and send you another renewal quote.

Review your cover level and excesses to make sure they still meet your needs.

If you don't renew your insurance or make other arrangements, you won't be insured.

Automatic renewal

If you've chosen to automatically renew...

We'll renew your policy using your credit or debit card, or by monthly or annual direct debit so you won't risk being uninsured 

This will show on your renewal letter. If you'd prefer us not to renew your policy automatically, please let us know before your renewal date by calling us on 0800 085 5664.
