Thank you and farewell to Natalie Ceeney CBE and Suzy Neubert

LV= would like to thank Natalie Ceeney CBE and Suzy Neubert for their service to LV= as they step back from the LV= Board.

Both Natalie and Suzy joined the LV= Board in 2022, each bringing a wealth of industry insight, valuable perspective and experience.

As Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, Natalie has been instrumental in shaping a strategic direction that keeps LV= members at the heart of everything it does. In her role as Chair of the Investment Committee, Suzy supported the development of an investment approach that consistently delivers for members and policyholders, guiding LV’s broader investment principles and framework.

Fellow Board members, David Rogers and Susan McInnes have stepped into additional roles on the Board as Senior Independent Director and Remuneration and Nomination Committee Chair respectively.

LV= is undertaking a recruitment process to appoint two new non-Executive Directors. The search is focused on finding candidates with the right skills and experience to support LV= to deliver its strategy and drive positive outcomes for members and customers.

LV= would like to thank Natalie and Suzy for their significant contributions, commitment and support and wish them both every success for the future.
