LV= appoints non-executive director and Chair of Investment Committee

Investment, protection and retirement specialist LV= has appointed Alain Kerneis as a non-executive director and Chair of the Investment Committee.

Alain brings more than 25 years’ experience in global financial markets and asset management, with deep expertise in investment strategy, portfolio construction and institutional investment governance. He has previously held senior leadership roles at BlackRock and Goldman Sachs.

Alain brings significant non-executive director and Board experience. He currently serves as a non-executive director of the Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd and USS Investment Management Ltd. He has also held non-executive roles including Chair of the Board at Waystone Fund Services UK Ltd. 

Alain Kerneis, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Investment Committee, said:
