LV= named one of the Financial Times Best Employers 2026

We’re delighted that LV= has been included in the Financial Times Best Employers 2026 list for a second year.

This recognition is based on an independent survey of over 20,000 employees across the UK, looking at things like working conditions, pay, development opportunities and company image.  

The results were gathered anonymously, giving people the chance to share honest feedback about their workplaces, with no input from employers themselves. 

We’re proud of this achievement as the recognition comes directly from our colleagues’ feedback – both about their own experiences working at LV= and how we are viewed within our industry.
