About three weeks before the renewal date of your pet insurance policy we'll send you a renewal pack with details on how to renew your policy
The pack will include a renewal invitation which will summarise:
- The cover and price of your policy
- Your pet's details
- The excesses that apply
You should check this carefully as we base your renewal offer on this information.
If you pay by direct debit, your policy will be renewed using your existing payment details.
This means you don't have to worry about forgetting to renew or run the risk of being uninsured.
If you'd prefer us not to renew your policy automatically, please let us know before your renewal date by calling us on 0330 1009 712.

Saturday 9am - 2pm
Bank holidays 9am - 5pm

Please don't leave it to the last minute!
When you receive your renewal invitation you'll have about three weeks before the policy needs to be renewed. If you don't renew your insurance or make alternative arrangements, you won't be insured.
Changes to details
If any details have changed it's important you tell us when you receive your renewal invite as we'll need to do another quote with these changes.
You need to call us on 0330 1009 712 and tell us about these changes before your pet insurance renews otherwise your pet may not be properly insured.
