Yes - you can get in touch to let us know you’d like to make a claim and we’ll begin reviewing the claim with you over the phone. If your claim is covered by your policy, we’ll only be able to pay you once the outstanding premiums have been paid. You’ll also need to keep up to date with your premiums while you’re claiming, unless you have Waiver of Premium included in your plan.
Depending on how many premiums you’ve missed we may need you to complete a policy reinstatement form. But sometimes it’s not possible for us to restart policies once they’ve been cancelled.
