The FirstVet service is an additional benefit provided by LV= while you hold an active pet policy with us. Using the FirstVet service will not affect any of the terms and conditions of your pet policy. Use of the service is free once you've registered with FirstVet. If LV= amends or removes this offering in the future, all customers with an existing pet policy in force will be informed of any changes. Once registered, you'll remain an account holder with FirstVet unless you cancel your membership. You can only use this consultation service for dogs or cats insured with LV=.
