How can I make a car insurance complaint?

If something goes wrong, please let us know as soon as possible so we can put it right. The quickest way to let us know about your complaint is to call us. Here are the numbers you need:

Complaints about sales, service and claims - 0330 678 5223
Lines are open:

8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
9am - 5pm Saturday and Bank Holidays
10am - 4pm Sunday

Calls will be recorded. For Text Phone: dial 18001 first.
