How do I make a complaint about my travel insurance?

To make a complaint about LV= travel insurance, please call us on 0330 678 6222.

Lines are open:

8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
9am - 5pm Saturday and Bank Holidays
10am - 4pm Sunday

If you'd prefer to write to us, please address your letter to: The Customer Relations Manager, LV=, County Gates, Bournemouth BH1 2AT and include your policy number.
