I'm searching for my medical conditions on the screening section of the website, but I can't find them - what am I doing wrong?

Our list of medical conditions is pretty comprehensive, so you could try checking the spelling of your medical condition first - enter a few consecutive letters contained within the spelling of the condition (these don't have to be the first letters of the condition) - our system will usually be able to find the condition.

Our friendly customer service people are well trained and will make sure that your condition is screened appropriately.
