How will I be sent my travel insurance policy documents?

When you set up a policy, we'll send your policy documents by email so you can access them quickly and easily. We'll confirm this before you complete your purchase, so if you'd prefer a paper copy, just let us know.

If you take out an annual multi trip policy, we'll send your renewal invitation by email or post depending on which you select as your preferred method.
