How will I be sent my travel insurance policy documents?

When you take out a policy we'll send your policy documents by email so you can access them quickly and easily. We'll confirm this before you complete your purchase, so if you'd prefer a paper copy, just let us know.

If you take out an annual multi trip policy we'll send your renewal invitation in the post so it doesn't get lost in your email inbox.

However, if you'd prefer we email this to you, just give us a call on 0800 707 6966.
