The £500 John Lewis e-voucher Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions:
1. The Promoter
1.1. The promoter of this prize draw (“Prize Promotion”) is Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 3232514, whose registered office is at 57 Ladymead, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 1DB (the “Promoter”).
2. Promotional Period
2.1. The opening date for this Prize Promotion is 10.00 BST on 03-Aug-26 and the closing date is 16.00 BST on 30-Sep-26 (“Promotional Period”).
3. Eligibility
3.1. An eligible entrant is an entrant who, during the Promotional Period, meets all the following criteria (an “Eligible Entrant”):
(a) has a valid and in force LV= Car Insurance or LV= Home Insurance policy (in each case) that is underwritten by Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited (“Allianz”), company number 03232514, (the "Policy"). For the avoidance of doubt, the Policy must have started before the closing date and time of the Promotional Period and must not have been cancelled or expired.
(b) Be aged 18 years old or over.
(c) Be a UK resident.
3.2. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age from all Eligible Entrants. Use of a false name, address or providing misleading information when entering the Prize Promotion will result in disqualification.
3.3. All employees of the Promoter, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families (i.e. spouses, partners, children, parents and siblings) and anyone involved in the promotion of the Prize Promotion, including any printers and agents, suppliers of the prize and any other companies associated with the Prize Promotion, are excluded from participating in the Prize Promotion.
4. Entry
4.1. To enter the Prize Promotion, Eligible Entrants must complete and submit the entry form available on the Promoter’s webpage at the My Rewards area within the online account https://www.lv.com/insurance/account and provide the required contact details during the Promotional Period.
4.2. Entry is free and no purchase is required.
4.3. Only one entry may be made per person and the Promoter will disallow duplicate entries where it finds them.
4.4. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be voided.
4.5. No responsibility is accepted for lost entries, delayed entries or mis-transmitted entries.
5. Prize Information
5.1. There are 5 prizes available to be won. The winners will each receive one £500 John Lewis e-voucher.
5.2. The winners will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the prize. Prizes may be taxable and the winners will be responsible for any tax liability.
5.3. Subject to the winners having provided valid contact information, the prizes will be sent by or on behalf of the Promoter within 14 days of notification by email, post or another method appropriate to the nature of the prize.
5.4. Where applicable, the winners will be responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and food and beverages at their own expense which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not be recoverable from the Promoter.
6. Selection of winners
6.1. The winners will be selected as follows: The winners will be chosen at random by the Promoter from all of the valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
6.2. The winners will be confirmed by 17.00 BST on 23-Oct-26, by email.
6.3. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of being notified that they won the Prize Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to offer that prize to the next Eligible Entrant.
7. Voucher

7.2. Vouchers may not be used for the payment of VAT, delivery, card payment fees, taxes, expenses, levies, withholdings or any other additional charges.
8. Publicity
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place for the Prize Promotion.
8.2. Once the winners have been contacted, and 30 days after the prizes have been awarded to the winners, the winners’ names, surnames, photos and counties will be available on request and subject to the winners’ consent by emailing [email protected].
8.3. The winners will participate in all required publicity and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the names, surnames, photos and counties of the winners in post event publications and on the Promoter’s website and/or social media sites. The winners will provide all reasonable cooperation with all required publicity as a result of winning.
8.4. If the winners object to any or all of the following details, names, surnames, photos, counties and winning entries being published or made available the winners must contact the Promoter at [email protected] within 5 days of being notified that they have won the Prize Promotion. Notwithstanding any objections, the winners details and winning entries (if applicable) must be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
9. General
9.1. Prizes shall be awarded at the Promoter’s discretion and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the Prize Promotion, it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize.

9.3. Prizes are as stated and are subject to availability for this Prize Promotion. In the event of any prize being unavailable for any reason outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
9.4. All prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
9.5. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter further reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms of the Prize Promotion where necessary to do so.
9.6. By entering into the Prize Promotion, all Eligible Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions.
9.7. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.
10. Data Protection
10.1. Contact information about entrants is collected by the Promoter in order to contact them about the Prize Promotion and to award prizes.

11. Liability
11.1. No liability and no responsibility (in each case) is accepted by the Promoter for (i) any issues with, (ii) damage to, (iii) inability to access, or (iv) loss of (in each case) the £500 John Lewis e-voucher. The Promoter is not responsible for the quality of any goods or services supplied. The Promoter does not exclude or limit in any way its liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or the negligence of the Promoter’s employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except residents of Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
