- Full name
- Date of birth
- Main occupation
- Licence type (Full, Provisional), the year they got it and whether it's a UK, EU or another type of licence
- Motoring convictions in the last 5 years - conviction month and year, offence code and disqualification period
- Accidents or claims in the last 5 years - month and year of claim, claim type i.e. fault, partial fault, non-fault etc
