I have an annual travel insurance policy. Do I need to call you each time I go away?

No, our annual multi-trip policy allows you to travel on as many trips as you'd like throughout the year, providing no trip exceeds 31 days on the Essential policy or 90 days on the Premier policy and where you are travelling to is within the area of cover you have selected.

However, if your details change, such as your address, please email or call us 0330 678 6222 we can update our records. You only need to tell us about a change to your medical condition(s), or if you have a new medical condition(s), when you renew your policy with us.
