We'll be in touch

About three weeks before the renewal date of your travel insurance policy, we'll send you a handy pack with all the details on how to renew your policy.

The pack will include a schedule summarising:

  • The cover and price of your policy
  • Any changes to the cover, including any medical conditions you've told us about
  • Details of any optional extras you've chosen

Check this carefully as we'll base your renewal offer on this information.

To renew, call us on

0330 678 62228am - 8pm Monday to Friday       9am - 5pm Saturday and bank holidays       10am - 4pm Sunday                                               Calls will be recorded. For Text Phone dial 18001 followed by the desired number.

Automatic renewal

If you've chosen to automatically renew, we'll renew your travel insurance using the credit or debit card used to pay for the policy previously. This way, you never have to worry about not being covered. If you'd prefer us not to renew your policy automatically, please call us before your renewal date on 0330 678 6222

Alternatively, if your renewal date is more than 30 days away, simply fill out our online cancellation form and we'll do the rest!

Please don't leave it to the last minute!

When you receive your renewal invitation, you'll have about three weeks before the policy needs to be renewed. If you don't renew your insurance or make alternative arrangements, you won't be insured.

Changed your details?

If any details have changed, it's important you tell us when you receive your renewal invite as we'll need to do a new quote. 

Just call us on 0330 678 6222 and tell us about these changes before your travel insurance renews.
