Yes, you can still buy pet insurance for pre-existing conditions.
However, LV= pet insurance may not cover the pre-existing condition. You will need to tell us about any injury, illness or symptoms that your pet has had when you set up a policy, so we can advise you whether this will be covered or not.
We may place exclusions due to the information you tell us about. Some exclusions are temporary and, on your request, may be removed by us providing certain criteria are met.
