- By Rail – You'll arrive at Leeds City Station and on exiting the station, turn left onto Aire Street and use the zebra crossing – City Square House will be directly in front of you.
- By Bus – There are many bus routes into Leeds city centre.
- By Air – Leeds/Bradford Airport is the closest airport to the office. The journey to the office can take 35-40 minutes. At peak times however, allow at least an hour. There is a bus service from the airport to Leeds City Station or you can get a taxi.
- By Car – From M1, leave M1 at Junction 42 and follow signs for M621. Leave M621 at Junction 1 and at the roundabout take 1st exit onto A6110 (Ring Road). Continue on the A6110, at the roundabout take the exit for the A58 (Halifax) and then turn left onto Whitehall Road. Continue on Whitehall Road, following signs for Leeds City Station, until you reach Aire St. Continue on Aire St, in the left hand lane and City Square House will be on your left, opposite the entrance to the train station. From M62, leave the M62 at Junction 29 and follow signs for the M621 – continue as for directions from M1
- By Foot –If you're in Leeds City Centre, follow signs for Leeds City Station. Once at the station, the office will be a 30 second walk away, directly opposite the station exit, situated on Wellington St.
