Comprehensive car insurance covers accidental damage caused to your car as well as damage and/or injury you cause another vehicle or its driver in an accident. It also covers your car if it's damaged by fire or stolen and not recovered.

More about Third Party Fire and Theft car insurance

Covers damage or injury you cause to another vehicle and/or its driver. It also covers loss of or damage to your car through fire or theft. However, it doesn't cover your own vehicle if it's damaged in an accident.

More about Third Party only car insurance

Covers damage or injury you cause to another vehicle and/or its driver - but it doesn't cover damage to, or loss of, your vehicle.
