We have a home insurance helpline for things like identity fraud assistance, domestic emergencies and legal advice. We hope you're never unlucky enough to need it, but it's there just in case.

Identity fraud assistance

(open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm)

Our confidential Identity Fraud Assistance helpline is managed on our behalf by Experian, the UK's largest credit reference agency. You can call one of their identity fraud experts for general advice, or if you find out that you have, or think you have been a victim of identity fraud.



Domestic emergencies

(open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year)

If you or your family have an emergency in your home, like a blocked toilet or your boiler breaks down, call our Domestic Emergency Assistance helpline which is managed on our behalf by Rok.  A trained operator can arrange for emergency assistance or repairs.

Please have your home insurance policy details and information about the emergency ready when you call.

Please note that not all emergency repairs are covered by our home insurance. If you're not sure whether you're covered, please call us, but don't don't delay in getting the emergency sorted first (for example, water escaping from a burst pipe) if this will prevent further damage from occurring.



Legal advice

(open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year)

Our confidential legal advice helpline is managed on our behalf by Arc Legal Assistance (Arc). They can put you in touch with a qualified legal adviser for advice on any personal legal matter.
