At LV= we're proud of the many awards that we continue to receive. Winning industry awards helps us to show how we are different from our competitors and highlights the quality of our products, services and our brand.
So far in 2010 we've received 5 Star Ratings from Defaqto for a number of our products.
We've achieved the top level of 5 Stars for our following products:
- car insurance
- home insurance
- equity release
- SIPP (self invested personal pension)
- MPPI (mortgage payment protection insurance)
- critical illness (both level cover and decreasing cover)
We've also taken part in the Inaugural lovemoney.com Personal Finance Awards 2010.
These awards celebrate the very best personal finance providers in the UK and are picked by lovemoney.com readers.
We came out as the winner of three categories:
- Life insurance - value for money
- Life insurance - customer service
- Life insurance - most loved
We were also the runner-up in three categories, receiving the 'Cheers' award for:
- Home insurance - most loved
- Home insurance - claimes handling
- Car insurance - claims handling
