Why has my insurance company advised me not to speak to anyone else about repairing my vehicle?
This is something we hear often, but ultimately it is your decision on who repairs your vehicle and you're under no obligation to go through your own insurance company.
If you choose us to manage your claim for you then we'll look after you and we'll try to put things right quickly, getting you back to where you were before the accident happened.
Can I use my own garage?
Yes, you have the option to use your own garage if you wish. However if you're unhappy with the service or repairs carried out by your selected repairer we wouldn't be able to intervene. It would be between you and your repairer to resolve any issues or disputes as we're only liable for paying the cost of the repairs.
An estimate would need to be submitted and approved before any work can go ahead, which could cause a delay in getting the car booked in.
Will I need to pay anything for the hire vehicle?
We’ll cover the cost of hiring the vehicle all you need to do is pay for the fuel. The hire provider will take a £1 refundable deposit from your debit or credit card, to keep on file in case there are any other charges you need to personally pay for such as parking fees.
Can I make a claim for an injury relating to the accident?
We can help you make a claim for your injury and get any treatment you, or your passenger/s may need. Please call us and we will look into this for you.
Can I seek independent legal advice about my injury claim?
Yes of course. You could get that advice now or at any time, even if you decide to deal directly with us. However, we can’t cover any cost towards this.
