4. Eligibility
4.1. An eligible customer is a customer who, during the Promotional Period, meets all the following criteria (an “Eligible Customer”):
(a) have a valid and in force LV= Car Insurance or LV= Home Insurance policy (in each case) that is underwritten by Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited (“Allianz”), company number 03232514, (the "Policy") during the Promotional Period.
(b) be aged 18 years old or over; and
(c) be a UK resident.
4.2. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age from all Eligible Customers. Use of a false name, address or providing misleading information when purchasing a policy will result in the customer not qualifying for the Offer.
4.3. All employees of the Promoter, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families (i.e. spouses, partners, children, parents and siblings) and anyone involved in the promotion of the Offer, including any printers and agents, suppliers of the Offer and any other companies associated with the Offer, are excluded from participating in the Offer.
5. Verification and Claiming the Offer
5.1. To qualify, the policy purchased must remain in force 21 days from the policy start date.
5.2. The Offer will be issued in accordance with the following process:

(b) To claim this Offer, Eligible Customers must follow these steps:
