Worried you'll forget what to pack for your big adventure? No idea what to pack in the first place?

Covering everything from camping equipment to must-pack essentials, you'll find handy tips from experts at GO Outdoors, the Camping and Caravanning Club, campsites.co.uk and campingexpert.co.uk.

If you’re worried about packing so much and only having a tent to protect it, then find out if the insurance provider that covers your home, car, travel or even caravan.

We’ve included our five favourite camping gadgets to help you get the most out of your trip:

Easy to set up and pack away, this little stove comes with its own container and can boil a litre of water in under five minutes.

2. Solar and Dynamo Powered LED Torch

You can charge it using sunlight or by winding it up, making this torch a must-have piece of camping kit.

It might not be the most powerful torch on the market but at under £10, it’s one of the best value. For that extra bump of charge, plug it into any USB charging socket.

3. SEA TO SUMMIT Pocket Shower

4. Powerbee Solar Charger

5. Rumpl High Performance Blanket

This multi-purpose blanket can be used as a picnic rug, a cushion to sit on or a cosy waterproof to keep you warm.

It’s resistant to water and stains, so don’t worry if you spill your tea on it when eating your picnic, even if you’re hoping to snuggle under it that same night.
