Insurance FAQs

If my travel is delayed because of Brexit, am I covered?

Now that Britain is nearing the end of the transition period and no deal has been agreed, there may be some disruption, especially in the first few weeks. If you book your trip earlier than 1 January and before any disruption occurs, you’ll be covered in line with our current terms and conditions. However, you won’t be covered if you were already aware of travel disruptions that could affect your arrangements when you book your trip.

For example: booking your trip after travel disruptions have been reported in the news. Our Premier cover offers cover for you to cancel your trip if your transport is delayed longer than 24 hours. Premier also offers £25 for each 12 hours of delay to help  towards costs.
