Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Offer Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. The Promoter is offering an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card (the “Offer”) to customers who complete a purchase for a new LV= annual pet insurance policy during the Promotional Period, as follows:
    • Single pet dog policy - £40 Gift Card,
    • Single pet cat policy - £20 Gift Card,
    • Multi pet policy - £60 Gift Card,

    each a “Qualifying Policy”

     

  2. To qualify, a Qualifying Policy must remain in force for 90 days from the policy cover start date and either the premium must have been paid in full, or all premium instalment payments must be up to date.

     

  3. Qualifying Policies must be purchased via Moneysupermarket.com during the Promotional Period. Purchases made outside of the Promotional Period will not qualify for the Offer.

     

  4. Offer opens at 00:01 BST on 3rd August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31st August 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

     

  5. Only one Gift Card per person – multiple purchases of new single pet insurance policies will qualify for one Multi Pet policy Gift Card only.

     

  6. For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer applies only to the purchase of a new LV= annual pet insurance policy and does not apply to renewals.

     

  7. The Promoter will verify the Qualifying Policy is still in place after 90 days and will email the Gift Card to you within 30 days of reaching the 90-day qualification period, using the email address you provided when you made your Qualifying Purchase. The email will be sent to you from [email protected].

  9. Offer open to UK residents aged 18 years or over (the Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age from all customers). Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, their families and anyone involved in the promotion or administration of the Offer are excluded from participating.

     

  10. The Promoter reserves the right to decline any application for any insurance policy at its absolute discretion and is not obliged to disclose any reason for rejection. If this happens, you will not qualify for the Offer.

     

  11. The Offer will be awarded at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Offer to anyone acting inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the Offer.

     

  12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of this Offer at any time, and to substitute the Offer for an alternative voucher of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

     

  13. All Gift Cards are subject to availability, non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer from the Promoter.

     

  14. Amazon.co.uk is not a sponsor of this promotion. Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards may be redeemed on the Amazon.co.uk website towards the purchase of eligible products listed in their online catalogue and sold by Amazon.co.uk or any other seller selling through Amazon.co.uk. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or applied to any other account.   15. Vouchers may not be paid on VAT, delivery, card payment fees, taxes, expenses, levies, withholdings or any other additional charges.

     

  16. The Promoter accepts no liability and no responsibility for any issues with, damage to, inability to access, or loss of, or any technical issues in claiming the Offer. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter.

     

  17. The Offer is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except residents of Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
