How you can leave feedback

  1. You purchase a pet insurance policy directly from our website.
  2. Once you've received your policy documents you'll get an invitation by email from reevoo within two weeks asking you to give feedback.
  3. Your feedback will be published on our website usually within a day or so.

  • We aren't involved in handling the feedback at any stage.
  • Reevoo always publishes your unedited feedback unless it contains swear words. If it does, they'll contact you and ask if you'd like to re-word it. If you don't want to alter it, it won't be published as we don't want any bad language on our website that could offend other customers.
