How to leave pension reviews with Reevoo

At LV= we'd like to know what our customers think about our products so we have partnered with Reevoo, an independent review company, to collect this feedback.

This is how it works:

  • You've purchased a Retirement product directly through one of our financial advisers.
  • Once you've received your policy documents you'll get an invitation by email from Reevoo within two weeks. It will ask you to give your feedback.
  • The feedback will then be published on our website, which usually happens within a day or so.
  • We are at no stage involved in handling the feedback
  • Reevoo always publishes the unedited feedback unless it contains swear words in which case they'll contact you and ask if you'd like to reword your feedback.
  • If you don't want to alter your feedback it won't be published because we don't want any bad language on our website, as it may offend other customers.
