Every quarter we survey UK adults, tracking changes to their financial and mental wellbeing. Here we share the results of our April 2021 report.
We started the LV= Wealth and Wellbeing Monitor in June 2020. Quarterly surveying 4,000+ nationally representative UK adults, we explore a variety of wealth and wellbeing subjects. These include tracking changes to their finances as well as their plans for retirement and their mental health.
Since then, it’s shown the vast impact of the pandemic on people’s finances and mental wellbeing. Our latest report tracks the period where we saw a third lockdown and the roll-out of the vaccine programme.
Although the last three months have been difficult for many, the survey shows that the financial confidence of UK consumers is beginning to improve. In our April 2021 edition, we report a positive uplift across all key indices in comparison to the end of 2020 results:
