What is the Member Care Line?


With your Sick Pay Insurance, you get free access to our Member Care Line. It’s available 24 hours a day to provide telephone counselling on a range of subjects including health and legal matters.

For example, if you’re worried about an aspect of your health or would like to speak to a counsellor about the way you feel, qualified nurses and experienced counsellors are available to take your call day or night

We also have a legal advice service which specialises in the following categories of law:

  • Employment - unfair dismissal, redundancy and discrimination
  • Family law - child maintenance, divorce and domestic violence
  • General law - civil litigation, motoring offences, debt advice and personal injury
  • Property - nuisance neighbours, home purchase and access rights
  • Private - client wills, trusts, powers of attorney and probate
  • You can call our Member Care Line on: 0800 876 6166 - select option 1. It’s available 24 hours a day. Calls will be recorded for training and audit purposes.
