How can I change my personal or payment details?


When you set up your Sick Pay Insurance, we sent you a link to your own personal customer hub where you can log in and update most of your personal details.

However, if it’s easier, you can always call us on 0800 681 6285 where we’re happy to do this for you.

For TextDirect first dial 18001. Calls will be recorded and/or monitored for training and audit purposes.
