Nectar Terms and Conditions
  • Nectar points are only available on policies purchased through the LV= website from Nectar eshops. They are not available for purchases made by telephone or post.
  • Nectar points are allocated once LV= have collected six consecutive months’ premiums and the application has been validated. LV= allow up to 2 months for validation so it can take up to 8 months from when you submit your application until you receive your Nectar points.
  • Please allow the confirmation page of your policy to fully load before closing the window to ensure your purchase has tracked correctly.
  • LV= may not allocate Nectar points where they determine, or reasonably believe the terms of the points offer are being abused in any way. LV= may also not allocate Nectar points for anyone who has previously held an LV= Life Insurance, or similar policy with LV=, and cancelled it, or had it cancelled by LV=. LV= reserve the rights to reclaim any points given in such circumstances.
  • There is no cash alternative for Nectar points.
  • If you cancel your policy within six months you will not be allocated any Nectar points.
  • Your Nectar points will be allocated directly through the Nectar website. If you have any queries about your points, please contact Nectar, not LV=.
  • This offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time. LV= reserves the right at its sole discretion not to allocate Nectar points.
