This includes gathering information to fully value the deceased's estate, obtaining the Grant of Representation and distributing the estate.

Inheritance tax may need to be paid if the estate is worth more than £325,000. There are lots of different rules which apply to Inheritance Tax calculations and how much is payable will depend on who is inheriting the estate as well as what they will be inheriting.
