LV= General Insurance appoints Corporate Responsibility Director

LV= General Insurance (LV= GI) has today appointed Rodney Assock as its new Corporate Responsibility Director with immediate effect, reporting to Sharon Juleff, People Director for LV= GI. 

As part of his new role, Rodney will be responsible for delivering the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy for LV= GI and defining how the company can better operate in an ethical, environmentally-friendly and sustainable manner. As part of his role, Rodney will also take responsibility for the diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategy. Since becoming a standalone business in January 2018, all CSR and D&I activity for LV= GI had been managed by a number of steering committees and the appointment of a Corporate Responsibility Director will result in all activity being integrated together.   

Rodney has been with LV= for 13 years and in that time has held a number of roles, including  Operational Services Director where he was instrumental in creating the new company values for the business.
