It’s fantastic to see Jaguar Land Rover investing in electric cars and also creating jobs in the UK. There is a real appetite amongst consumers for these sorts of vehicles with recent research from us showing that nearly 9 million drivers are considering going electric in the next five years. However, our research also shows that a fifth of people would never consider making the switch due to a host of concerns and myths surrounding the cars. With companies like Jaguar Land Rover making a large commitment to this market, it will definitely help raise awareness of the benefits of these vehicles and it will also significantly help the Government meet its objective of zero emissions by 2040.
