Who are Which?

Which? is a trusted, independent organisation that gives consumers the help and information they need before making decisions about financial products or services. They have more than 1.3m members and supporters, making them the largest independent consumer body in the UK.

We're proud to have been awarded the Which? Insurance Provider of the Year 2019 and the Which? Recommended Provider for car and home insurance.

How is a Which? recommendation achieved?

Insurance provider of the year

Each year Which? select and publicly recognise those companies that consistently get it right for consumers.  They recognise businesses that have achieved positive change and offer excellent products and services that score highly in their research and testing. They award businesses across a wide range of sectors, from cars to retailers, banks to energy companies, and home appliances to technology manufacturers.

The winners are chosen by an expert panel, based on the results of thousands of product tests and feedback from customers. Unlike some awards, brands can’t nominate themselves and have no influence over the results.

Policy scores:
