The UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) , published January 23, 2019, is the national measure of UK customer satisfaction.
It rates customer satisfaction at a national, sector and organisational level across 13 sectors – incorporating the views of 10,000 consumers on 247 brands.

Because of your valuable feedback, we know we’re on the right track and will continue to make sure we’re doing the best by you.
Brands achieve high ratings in the UKCSI through a number of measures, such as ease of doing business with, getting things right first time, emotional connection and customer ethos and ethics.
More than 25 different customer measures are surveyed as part of the UKCSI, including staff professionalism, the quality and efficiency of the service, trust and transparency, the actual customer experience, complaint handling and ethical dimensions.
This year, a new set of measures were added to the UKCSI, including whether consumers feel that an organisation keeps their promises, does ‘the right thing’ in business practices and makes them feel reassured.
