How do I make a claim on my home insurance?

To make a claim, you can report a non urgent claim to us by using our our form. If your claim is urgent, then please call our UK call centre on 0800 032 2844 (choose option 1) Lines open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls will be recorded. For Text Phone first dial 18001

We'll ask you to:
  • Give us as much information about the incident as you can
  • Let us know before arranging replacement or repair
  • If theft is involved, tell the police first and get a crime reference number
