What happens next?
One of our handlers will review your claim and will normally get back to you within 2 working days. We'll prioritise claims that are urgent or that involve vulnerable customers. Depending on the information you’ve provided we may be able to confirm your cover and talk about settlement straight away, but sometimes we'll need to ask you a few more questions.
If you’ve given us an email address we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received your claim details.
