Making a claim with Flow
We'll explain what you're covered for and let you know if there's any excess to pay
We'll then arrange for your car to be repaired. If your car can't be driven, we'll collect it for repairs and help get you where you need to be
If you have our guaranteed hire car cover we'll make sure you've got a car to use while yours is with one of our recommended repairers
If your car can be repaired, you can use one of our recommended repairers to fix it. This means we can handle the full repair process for you, from estimating the damage, to returning your vehicle once the work's complete. We offer a lifetime guarantee on repairs (when using our recommended repairer service, for as long as you own the vehicle. Labour only, excludes parts).
If there's extensive damage to your car and it needs to be written off, we'll arrange for an engineer to value your vehicle. If there's an excess to pay, this will be taken out of the valuation.
If someone else was involved in the incident, we'll look after all the negotiations with them or their insurance company. Once this has been agreed and finalised your claim is then closed.
