The rapidly developing news of the spread of coronavirus and how this may impact our friends and family is a huge concern for us all. The number one priority for everyone must be to work together and support all the actions from the UK Government and Health organisations to help collectively manage the spread of the virus.

Our support for you, our members

Following the Prime Ministers announcement on Monday 23 March, a lot of our people are working from home, committed to serving our members and customers to the very best of their ability.

We are working hard to make sure that even more of our people can serve you. To help us give the necessary support to our most vulnerable customers, at the moment we’d be very grateful if you could only try to contact us if it’s essential.

Information about our 2020 Annual General Meeting

Usually, we hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM) each summer. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, and following the advice from the UK Government and the NHS, we will not hold the 2020 AGM around the normal time.

At this difficult time, the safety of our members and employees remains our top priority. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and schedule an AGM when it is the right time for everyone. Once we have done this we will, of course, be in contact with our members with all the relevant information.
